A principal practitioner with the Association for Business Psychology, she has expertise in coaching and mediation and supporting businesses to develop people as well as organisation and has a long held interest in self-managed learning, HR, and consultancy. Rebecca is currently completing her PhD at Lancaster University focusing on the impact of the gig economy on higher education.
