Class Action Allegations: Integrity Staffing Solutions provides warehouse labor to companies like Amazon. Our firm believes, Integrity Staffing Solutions' hundreds of hourly warehouse employees are subject to going through unpaid security checks at the beginning and end of each shift.
As a result of this policy, all hourly warehouse workers must report to work at least 10 to 15 minutes before their shift begins to go through a security check and must wait at least ten to fifteen minutes after each shift, to undergo a bag and personal search for contraband and/or potential theft items before being released to leave the employer’s premises without compensation.
Integrity Staffing Solutions does not pay its hourly warehouse employees employed in the state of Nevada for the time they are spending going through the security checks as required by Nevada law.
