Federica Casarosa is Research Affiliate at Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies (SSSA), Italy and Professor at the Centre for Judicial Cooperation, European University Institute (EUI), Italy.

Evangelia Psychogiopoulou is Assistant Professor at the Department of Political Science and International Relations, University of Peloponnese and Senior Research Fellow at the Hellenic Foundation for European and Foreign Policy, Greece.
